1. The program

These Terms govern your use of the Halal Mediterranean Rewards loyalty program of Halal-Mediterranean Food Import and Bakery #3, operated by Food Link Distribution Inc. ("we", "us", "our") at our stores.

Halal-Mediterranean Food Import and Bakery #3 is operated by Food Link Distribution Inc., 3652 Main St, Hilliard, OH 43026.

By creating a rewards account or using the kiosk, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and enrolment

You must enter your own mobile phone number on the customer-facing kiosk. Our staff do not enter phone numbers for you. You provide your name to complete enrolment. The program is intended for customers age 13 and older.

3. Points and rewards

Points, tiers, and coupons are promotional benefits of the program. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted or discontinued if we change or end the program. Closing your account forfeits unredeemed points.

Redeeming points may require a PIN you set during enrolment. Keep your PIN confidential.

4. Text messages

When you enrol, we may send transactional texts needed to run your account (for example verification codes, your rewards PIN, and membership tier updates). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Marketing texts (offers, birthday greetings, and coupons) are sent only if you separately opt in via the optional checkbox on the enrolment screen. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of joining the rewards program.

Reply STOP to any message to end all messages. Reply HELP for help, or call +1 614 527 8880. Opting out of texts does not close your rewards account.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the kiosk or program (including fraud, sharing another person's account without permission, or attempting to bypass security). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we post a new version at https://halalmediterranean.com/terms.
